You can go right ahead and order a free post pack to be sent out to you, or you can look through the FAQ’s or contact us.
Once you get the pack, read the information inside and then send us your frames, including a copy of your prescription. If you don’t have a copy we can do this for you, just make sure you provide us with as much information as possible as to where you had your eye test and we will do the rest.
Once we get your frames, the first thing we do is establish the type of lenses they are, and then look at your prescription. We will then contact you to discuss your options and if necessary give recommendations. You can still request your frames back at this point if you did not want to go ahead with the service.
Once we have confirmed your order we will begin the process of glazing your new lenses. In most cases this will take just a few days, however if the required lenses are non-stock and need to be ordered in especially it may take a little longer. Varifocals are custom made lenses so will always take about approximately 2 weeks. Once your glasses are complete we will send them back to you via your preferred postage method.
When you get your frames back, they will be fine right out of the box. However, if for some reason a nose pad or arm needs adjusting, then it is quite easy to do this yourself. However most opticians will do this free of charge, just pop into one and ask them to make some adjustments to the frame. It should only take a few minutes.
